Director (Planning and Real Estate Dev. / NFBR): 45 - 55 years
Deputy General Manager / Assistant General Manager: Maximum 40 years
✅ Pay Scale:
Director (Planning and Real Estate Dev. / NFBR): ₹ 1,80,000 - 3,20,000/-
Deputy General Manager (Town Planning): E-5 ₹ 80,000 - 2,20,000/-
Assistant General Manager (Legal): E-4 ₹ 70,000 - 2,00,000/-
Assistant General Manager (Electrical / Rolling stock): E-4 ₹ 70,000 - 2,00,000/-
✅ Educational Qualification and Experience:
✔️ Director (Planning and Real Estate Dev. / NFBR): Degree in Civil Engineering & Masters in Transport Planning or Urban Planning along with a proven track record of 25 years of Group ‘A’ Executive Service in urban infrastructure systems. Minimum 10 years experience.
✔️ Deputy General Manager (Town Planning): Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or Planning. Post Graduate Degree in Urban Planning. Minimum 09 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Assistant General Manager (Legal): Bachelor of Law or LLB with min 55% marks or equivalent CGPA of 03 years or 05 years. Minimum 07 years experience.
✔️ Assistant General Manager (Electrical / Rolling stock): Full time Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 07 years post qualification experience.
✅ Selection Process: Personal Interview.
